Privacy policy

Our goal is to ensure that your personal privacy is respected and that your personal data is processed correctly.

We take responsibility to ensure that personal data being processed by Hoff&Lowendahl is used for the intended purposes only and is protected against unauthorized access. Organisation and Responsibility

The CEO has overall responsibility for the contents of this Privacy Policy, and its implementation and enforcement by the company. The CEO may delegate responsibility and implementation to the appropriate person at the company. The CEO has delegated implementation of this Privacy Policy to the Data Controller.

All employees are responsible for acting in accordance with this Privacy Policy and its principles.

What is personal data and what is the processing of personal data?

Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly linked, together with other data, to a natural, living person.

Data subjects are entitled to information about stored data and any breaches relating to our processing of personal data should be reported to the Data Controller without delay. The Data Controller must report the breach to the Swedish Data Protection Authority without undue delay and no later than 72 hours after its occurrence, and otherwise take the necessary action as a result of the breach.

How is personal data stored?

Stored/saved/collected personal data that AroCell holds has been sourced from website forms, and email and postal correspondence.

The data is stored only when it is deemed personal data in accordance with applicable law and business interests for AroCell.
